ARP Review Summit 2004

The ARP Review Summit was held on the 2nd and 3rd December 2004. The purpose of the summit was to report back to the Alexandra community on the achievements to date of the ARP, problems experienced and to obtain their input on the proposed way forward.

The summit saw over 500 community leaders and individuals from the community, as well as community-based and non-governmental organisations, putting their heads together to chart the way forward, the key issue being the provision of adequate housing.
