Introduction to the Alexandra Renewal Project

The Alexandra Renewal Project is part of the South African government's Urban Renewal Program. The ARP is responsible the integrated upliftment of Alexandra township in Jo'burg.

ARP Institutional Arrangements

The provincial Dept. of Housing and the City of Johannesburg are undertaking the Alexandra Renewal Project jointly and have established a joint project office to implement the project.
