ARP showcased at Planning Africa 2008
The Planning Africa 2008 Conference, the third in a series of
planning conferences on the Africa continent took place in Sandton
between 14 - 16 April 2008.
The Conference theme: “Shaping the Future” provided delegates from
all over Africa and the rest of the world an opportunity for
involvement "in shaping the future through enhanced collaboration and
innovation in a rapidly changing world".
Julian Baskin, Director of the Alexandra Renewal Project, was a guest
speaker at the conference. In talking about the Project, he focused on
innovative ideas and approaches to Urban Renewal.
